What size marquee is best for my event?


The size of the marquee is generally depicted by your guest numbers and choice of furniture style. The capacity guide on our website takes into consideration the space for a dancefloor and bar. We can help and advise on the best choice for you and can provide example layouts to match your requirements.


How far ahead do I need to book?


Everybody plans at their own pace, but we do advise booking sooner rather than later. The general rule of thumb is to plan 12 months in advance of your chosen date or month to comfortably give you enough time. As our marquees are exclusive to us we do tend to fill up early, but we can accommodate last minute bookings. Please get in touch to find out our availability.


What’s included in the hire cost?


Our cost calculator estimates the best size marquee for your guest numbers, including assembly and dismantling, delivery and furniture hire. If you contact us for a comprehensive quote the final price will include all of the above and any other requirements you may have such as lighting, dancefloor, bar, luxury trailer toilets etc. Our quotes include a breakdown, so you can clearly see what individual items and services are costing you.

What flooring do you offer?


Due to the nature of our marquees we only supply heavy duty engineered matting. The matting is made from tightly woven polypropylene fibers and provides a good solid step underfoot. They are a perfect aesthetic match for our interiors and replicate what a traditional marquee would have used. Being a more modern invention, it is more durable, tougher and reusable, making it a much more environmentally friendly option.


How long can I have the marquee for?


The hire charge is for a singe weekend and we generally like to build a day or two before the event. Depending on your requirements we like to take it down a day or two after. We can be flexible and work as closely with you as possible to make sure you get the most out of the marquee during the time you have it.


Where can my marquee go?


Our marquees can be pitched anywhere with a relatively flat, grassed lawn or field, large enough to accommodate the structure and guy ropes. We conduct a site visit for every job to make sure our tents will fit your space. A risk assessment is conducted at the same time and our site hazard form completed so you can rest assured when we turn up, your tent goes up too!

Do you have a venue?


We work closely with a number of venues across The North West & Wales. If you let us know the type of place you’re looking for we would be happy to point you in the right direction.


What happens in adverse weather conditions?


They say it’s lucky to have rain on your wedding day and we are all too aware of what the British summer can throw at us, that’s why our tents are engineered to withstand 60mph winds. All our canvas is waterproofed, so rain simply glides off and our walls are designed to roll up and down in the blink of an eye, so even the most micro climate valleys can’t catch you out. In colder conditions a marquee heater can be used to bring the space up to a comfortable temperature. In adverse weather conditions you simply carry on the party!


What about insurance?


We require all hire equipment to be insured as stated in our terms and conditions 16.b. This is a relatively small outlay for some very expensive equipment. We’re happy to help you choose the right provider and give you all the relevant information.

I love your marquees; how do I go about booking?


If you have received your official quote you will find the deposit details below the total. To secure the booking simply pay this amount via BACS, cash or cheque. Once you have paid the deposit all hire items outlined on your order are yours and we’ll provide you with the best event space on the market.


Can I make changes to my order?


We are flexible to change, depending on availability, up to 4 weeks in advance of your event. Any changes resulting in a price difference is amended in the balance due, whether this results in an increase of decrease. We just want to provide you with exactly what you want for your event.
