Why An Outdoor Wedding In Wales Is Extra Special

There are many reasons why we love what we do; from meeting new couples and being involved during those early days of wedding planning to seeing the celebrations come together after months (sometimes even years) of planning. Then of course, we love nothing more than to spend warm summer days in open fields or beautiful gardens, building our canvas structures with meticulous care using the skills and techniques we have learnt and developed as marquee specialists over the years. The role takes us to the most incredible locations across the country and the team are in agreement that this is the main draw to the job. Servicing weddings mostly across the North West - we travel to some spectacular places throughout Cheshire, Lancashire, Shropshire, the Wirral and of course Wales.

The epic landscapes and rugged coastline of North to Mid Wales hold a special place in our hearts; based in Chester, Wales really is just a hop, skip and a jump away and we have spent many family holidays exploring the coves,  woodlands and mountains of this very special corner of Britain.

Since setting up our marquee hire company back in 2018, Wales has hosted many of our outdoor weddings and events. From Anglesey to Pembrokeshire, our Wills Marquees have stood beautifully amongst the landscapes of picturesque villages, historical abbeys, medieval castles and country estates, with this year seeing more Welsh weddings than ever!

We truly can’t wait to get stuck into setting up for the most amazing weddings in this outstanding part of the world!

If you’re considering a marquee wedding in Wales, whether you’re looking to elope or you want to celebrate at home there are several reasons why an outdoor wedding in Wales can be extra special…
